DIMETHIcare Environmental spray is ideal for use on carpets, fabric furniture, baskets and other places where pets reside. DIMETHIcare Environmental spray immobilizes ticks, fleas and other parasites such as mosquitoes, mites and lice in a physical way.
Beaphar DIMETHIcare contains no insecticides, but silicones (dimethicone) that apply a sticking layer to the parasites. Because of this they can no longer move. Resistance can not occur due to the mechanical effect. DIMETHIcare Environmental spray has a two-week aftereffect.
Directions for use: Vacuum clean and remove pets from the room. Shake the can well before use. Point the spray head at about 30 cm from the surface you want to treat. Spray the surface to be treated evenly for approx. 7 - 14 seconds per square meter. Shake the can frequently when handling larger surfaces. The treated surfaces may discolour slightly darker. This is normal and will disappear once the product has dried. Hard, non-porous substrates may remain smooth for up to 30 minutes after treatment. If flea infestation is still experienced after 2 weeks, repeat the spraying.
